“I have been so very blessed in this lifetime.  My family has practiced in the Healing Arts for many generations.  My first teacher was my mother, truly a goddess.  My Grandmothers and Aunts on both sides of my family tree generously shared their wisdom and deep knowing.

During this life many doors of opportunity have opened that led me to study the Healing Arts all over the world, in such places as Japan, India, Denmark, Tibet and other magnificent parts of our earth. I have practiced Reiki since1986.  Reiki teachings complement my family’s values encouraging a lifestyle of patience, compassion and gratitude.

I have been blessed to have studied with some of the great spiritual leaders of our time. The lineage of my training include His Holiness The Dali Lama, Baba Ram Dass, Mata Amritanandamayi, Louise Hay and Steven Farmer. I have been teaching meditation for over 40 years, knowing that ‘meditation is the foundation of everything” and learning to meditate is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this life.

I am a  writer and an artist, a frequent guest speaker at East Carolina University and I tour the Pacific Northwest and the Eastern coast teaching and offering sessions.

My Heartfelt Energy practice is located in Greenville NC. I have offered the gift of Reiki to guests of Hope Lodge in Greenville. I have counseled in prison systems. And am currently finding positive results from the gift of Reiki on Vietnam Combat Veterans who suffer from PTSD.”
